Terms & Conditions
- Our meal plans start on Monday every week.
- Meals are delivered daily from Monday to Friday between 10:30am and 12pm.
- Self pick up option available at Ma Maison, 1 Minden Row, Tsim Sha Tsui. We will be adding another pick up location on HK Island very soon.
- Orders must be placed before Saturday evening at 10pm for the following Monday delivery to be processed.
- We currently provide free deliveries for Central and Causeway Bay.
- We have a HK$20 per day charge for deliveries to Sheung Wan, Admiralty, Wanchai and Mid Levels.
- We do not provide refunds after an order is placed. However, should you provide a 24-hour notice prior to the Monday delivery, we can hold your order in credit for a later delivery date.
- In the event that you are unable to receive delivery due to an unforeseen circumstance (eg. personal emergency, last minute business trip, etc.), we require a 24-hour notice period in advance.
- Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
- In case of incorrect address details provided at the time of order placement, an additional charge of $100 will be applied for a second delivery.
- In the case that a Level 8 Typhoon is hoisted after 6AM, all delivery operations will be ceased for the day. We will then provide a refund in the form of a coupon code that can be used for you next purchase. The cost of which will be equivalent to your previous meal value.
Please be courteous and polite. We will not tolerate any form of verbal abuse to our runners or staff. We reserve the right (and will exercise it) to deny you your meals if you choose to break this simple rule.
